Return and refund policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we gladly offer a fair and transparent return and refund process as outlined below.


1. Return Eligibility – 7 Days From Delivery

We accept returns within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging, jewelry boxes, pouches, and tags must be included.

  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration are not eligible.

If your return request falls outside the 7-day window, we may not be able to process it.


2. Exchange Policy – 10 Days From Delivery

If you wish to exchange your item for another product, size, or style, you may request an exchange within 10 days of receiving your purchase.

Exchange eligibility requirements:

  • Item must be in perfect, unworn condition with all packaging.

  • Exchanges are based on product availability.

  • If the new item has a price difference, the customer will pay or receive the difference accordingly.


3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used jewelry

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping

  • Customized or engraved pieces (if any)

If an item arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


4. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Pack the item securely and ship it using a trackable method.

  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and notify you of approval or denial.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.


5. Refund Timeline – 5 to 10 Business Days

Once your return is approved and processed, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

  • Fiore Luxe Jewelry does not reimburse initial shipping upgrades (if any).

  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been fully processed.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately:
